Why Taswell Retreats request IDs?

* In compliance with local law. 

 

* It is a measure we have in place to help prevent fraud and identity misuse.

 

* It ensures age verification that whoever is renting one of our cottages is in compliance with our booking policy: “that the lead guest is above the age of 25 years”.

 

* If damage occurs to our cottage in the form of, but not excluding: (vandalism, theft, smoking inside) Taswell Retreats are able to pass on information to our Private Insurance company to expedite a claim. Please note, Taswell Retreats does not take initial deposits and accepts that some items within the cottages may be damaged due to ‘wear & tear’.

 

* To understand who is staying at one of our cottages, will be used as a manifest if anything unexpected happens.

 

* If you are one of our repeat customers we are able to offer loyalty discounts.
